The 1/48 scale plastic model kit of the American WWII heavy four-engine bomber B-17F is perfect for modelers of all levels. This Limited Edition kit allows you to build a detailed model of the legendary aircraft that served with the 100th Bomb Group, known as The Bloody Hundredth, in 1943.
The kit includes plastic parts from Hong Kong Models, a conversion frame for two alternative nose types made in collaboration with Eduard, photo-etched details, brass exhausts and turbochargers, and decals for seven different B-17F markings serving in 1943-1944.
This model requires assembly and painting. We recommend visiting the 'colors and tools' category to find suitable materials, as glue, paints, and other modeling tools are not included. For even greater accuracy, you can use canopy and wheel masks from ASK, available in the 'ASK products/ASK Masks' category.
