    • Balíkovna: For only 69 CZK, we will deliver your package to any Balíkovna pickup point.
    • GLS Courier: Fast and reliable delivery directly to your address for 120 CZK.
    • Zásilkovna: Delivery to a Zásilkovna pickup point for 89 CZK (up to 5 kg) or 179 CZK (up to 10 kg).
    • Free Shipping: For orders over 2000 CZK, shipping is free.

    How to Pick Up Your Order in Person:

    1. When completing your order, select the option "Personal Pickup – Liberec".
    2. You will receive an email confirmation of your order along with the pickup readiness date.
    3. On the specified date, visit the pickup address and present the confirmation email.
    4. Our staff will hand over your order and answer any questions.

    • At the Pickup Point: Cash or card payment with no extra fees.
    • On Delivery:
      • Cash on delivery with the courier for 69 CZK (payment in cash or by card upon delivery).
      • Cash on delivery via Czech Post to Balíkovna for 69 CZK (payment in cash or by card at Balíkovna).
      • Cash on delivery via Zásilkovna for 69 CZK (payment in cash or by card at the Zásilkovna pickup point).
    • Online Card Payment: Secure payments via Shoptet Pay.
    • Bank Transfer: You will receive payment details after your order is prepared. The order will be dispatched after payment is received.
