1/35 Panzerschreck RPzB.54 & Ofenrohr RPzB.43 Set
MiniArt's 1/35th scale Panzerschreck RPzB.54 & Ofenrohr RPzB.43 Set is a set of two types of WWII German anti-tank weapons. The kit includes detailed plastic parts of the weapons, ammunition and shipping cases. Package does not include paint or glue needed for assembly.
The RPzB.43 "Ofenrohr" and RPzB.54 "Panzerschreck" were German reactive anti-tank weapons introduced during World War II. They were based on captured American bazookas and quickly became an integral part of infantry armament for fighting armoured vehicles. The RPzB.43 version was the first model without a protective shield, while the improved RPzB.54 already had a shield to protect the shooter from recoil.
Both versions were used extensively on both the Eastern and Western fronts and allowed infantry to effectively destroy tanks at close range. The weapons required good preparation and courage, but in the hands of experienced operators they were very effective.
The MiniArt 1/35 Panzerschreck RPzB.54 & Ofenrohr RPzB.43 Set offers precision-machined mouldings of both weapons, complete with ammunition, crates and other small accessories. Suitable as armament for figures or as part of dioramas from the second half of the war.
The model will be especially appreciated by diorama makers and modelers interested in Wehrmacht infantry armament.
