MiniArt's 1/35th scale M3A5 Lee is a variant of the US M3 medium tank with diesel engine and modified turret, produced mainly for the Allies under the Lend-Lease program. The M3A5 Lee was a variant of the M3 medium tank developed in the USA during World War II, equipped with the GM 6046 diesel engine and intended mainly for export to the British Army and other Allied forces. The tank had an unconventional arrangement - a 75mm gun in the side tube and a 37mm gun in the turret - which allowed it to fire at multiple targets, but also increased the silhouette of the vehicle. In British service this variant was known as the Grant Mk. II.
